Ken Wise is a Partner, Wealth Advisor, and the Managing Director of Touchstone Wealth Partners. In this dual capacity, he advises individuals, families, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs on complex financial decisions while also leading the practice's overall direction and strategy. As a Wealth Advisor, Ken works closely with clients to develop thoughtful investment strategies and comprehensive wealth planning solutions designed to address complex financial challenges. As Managing Director, he oversees the practice's investment platform and plays an integral role in developing the core processes that shape the long-term vision of the organization.
In 2003, Ken co-founded Findley Wise Wealth Management, the practice he has led ever since while guiding its evolution into what is now Touchstone Wealth Partners. As the practice's founding partner and most tenured advisor, he brings nearly four decades of experience in investment and financial consulting.
Most recently, Ken served as a Managing Director at UBS Wealth Management, where he led and grew one of the firm’s largest and most successful advisory teams. Throughout his tenure at UBS, Ken was consistently recognized among the firm’s top advisors nationwide.
Earlier in his career, Ken held senior roles at Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch, where he developed a reputation as one of the country’s leading wealth advisors and builders of highly successful advisory practices. He earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from the University of Toledo, graduating cum laude.
Ken has been the recipient of numerous industry awards. While at UBS, the Touchstone Wealth Partners team was recognized as a Barron’s Top 250 Private Wealth Management Team in 2024 and 2025. Ken was also recognized as a Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022, and as a Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in 2018, 2019, and 2022.
To further the practice's commitment to client education, Ken previously served as an instructor at Florida Gulf Coast University, where he taught the course Financial Strategies for Successful Retirement. He continues to volunteer his time teaching financial literacy courses in a variety of settings across Southwest Florida. Ken is also active in the Ohio community and has been involved with organizations including Kids Unlimited, Adopt America, and the United Way.
Ken and his wife, Ann, reside in Sylvania, Ohio, and Naples, Florida. Their two sons, Kenny and Mitch, are also Partners at Touchstone Wealth Partners, working closely with Ken to support the practice's long-term continuity and multigenerational succession.
Outside of work, Ken is an avid car collector and enthusiast. He enjoys traveling, following his favorite sports teams, and pursuing interests in health, fitness, and longevity.

Mitch Wise is a Partner, Wealth Advisor, and the Co-Managing Director of Touchstone Wealth Partners. In this dual capacity, he advises clients on complex financial decisions while also helping lead the practice's overall direction and strategy. As a Wealth Advisor, Mitch works closely with individuals, families, and business owners on investment strategy, major liquidity events, and long-term wealth planning. As Co-Managing Director, he helps guide the practice's operational development, continuity planning, strategic growth initiatives, and long-term vision.
Mitch began his career at Goldman Sachs in New York City, where he worked in the Asset Management Division before moving to the Securities Division as an Interest Rate Specialist on the Cross-Asset Sales Team. He later joined Citadel Securities as a Vice President of Interest Rate Sales, with a focus on U.S. Treasuries and interest rate derivatives. In that role, he covered more than 40 institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, and official institutions.
Most recently, Mitch served as a First Vice President and Financial Advisor within the UBS Wealth Management Division. While at UBS, he was also a Partner on the Touchstone Wealth Partners team, which was recognized as one of the Barron's Top 250 Private Wealth Management Teams in both 2024 and 2025.
Mitch graduated in three years with honors from The Ohio State University, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. While at Ohio State, he received the university’s Outstanding First Year Student Award, distinguishing him as the top first-year student among a freshman class of more than 7,000. He also received the Pace Setters Award, the Fisher College of Business’s highest honor recognizing the top one percent of graduating students.
Mitch is actively involved in the community and volunteers his time teaching financial literacy courses in a variety of settings across Southwest Florida. He also mentors students and young professionals, offering guidance on pursuing careers on Wall Street, building early success in the financial services industry, and exploring paths within the wealth management profession.
Mitch and his wife, Jordana, reside in Bonita Springs, Florida, where they enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and watching their favorite sports teams.

Kenny is a Partner and Wealth Advisor and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with Touchstone Wealth Partners. Working hand-in-hand with clients to understand their personal and financial goals, he creates long-term comprehensive investment plans to help clients manage their complex financial lives .
Prior to joining the team, Kenny was elected into the highly competitive UBS Inter-Generational Advisor Program in New York City. As part of the rotational program, he had the unique opportunity to engage with the firm’s ultra high net worth clientele through the UBS Women’s Symposium and Young Successors Program, which focus on financial education, philanthropy, and the impact of wealth on family dynamics and the rising generation.
Kenny graduated with honors from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in business administration, specializing in finance and minoring in entrepreneurship. Actively involved in the community, he assists in teaching courses on retirement strategies through various local communities.

Kristie leverages detailed financial modeling and comprehensive risk assessment tools to analyze a range of potential scenarios, helping clients identify opportunities and address critical challenges. Her approach is both strategic and personal—focused not only on financial outcomes, but on providing clarity and confidence.
Her primary objective is to help clients answer their most important questions about their wealth, their future, and their priorities. From retirement readiness and long-term financial security to college funding and insurance planning, she guides clients through each step of the process so they feel prepared to navigate life’s financial complexities.
Kristie is especially passionate about empowering women to feel confident, informed, and in control of their financial lives. She takes pride in working closely with her women clients to help them build clarity, independence, and lasting financial security.
A strong advocate for education and professional excellence, Kristie is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations, along with life, variable, accident, and health insurance licenses. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Toledo and her MBA from Bowling Green State University.
Kristie has previously been actively involved in financial education within her community, teaching high school and college students about planning and investing. Her past community involvement includes organizations such as Business and Professional Women of Ohio, Junior Achievement, Junior League, and Harbor Behavioral Health Board.
She resides in Sylvania, Ohio with her husband, Michael, and they have two children. Outside of her professional work, Kristie enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

With a dedication to building long-lasting relationships, Michael acts as our trading and portfolio specialist for our institutional and individual clients. His specialty includes working with finance directors and treasurers of corporations, municipalities, schools, non-profits and health care organizations. Michael began his career with Fifth Third Securities in 2001. He joined the Touchstone team in 2018. Although Michael's B.A. degree from Miami University of Ohio was in Fine Art, his passion for math led him to earn his M.B.A. from the University of Toledo. This combination has given him a unique perspective and a way to look creatively at building and managing portfolio strategies. Michael has also earned Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations.
A lifelong passion for history, especially related to the Toledo area, inspired Michael to become the historian for the Inverness Club of Toledo. He is also active within his community, as a trustee for the Ottawa Hills foundation and the Advisory Council for the University of Toledo Medical Center. He and his family, including his wife, Kelly, and daughters, Delaney and Mia, are also active with the local United Way.

Spencer serves as a trusted advisor to individuals and families across the country with over thirty years of experience. Philosophically, Spencer and his team are relationship-oriented and consultative in their approach to client work. He firmly believes in simplifying and coordinating client financial goals and objectives. Spencer has over twenty-five years of experience in wealth management. Spencer previously served as Senior Vice President, Wealth Management for UBS Financial Services and also served as Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor and Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley. Spencer began his career with Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc.
Spencer holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and earned his Master of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in Finance, from The University of Toledo. He holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, as well as, Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 securities registrations. Spencer is involved in the Toledo community and is currently a Trustee for the Toledo Community Foundation and is an active Trustee for The Boys and Girls Clubs of Toledo. He previously served on the YMCA Storer Camps Board, The United Way Young Leaders Council and the Family and Child Abuse Prevention Center of Toledo. Spencer also served as a volunteer for Kids Unlimited and was a past mentor for Central City Ministries of Toledo. Spencer and his wife, Christy, reside in Toledo and have two daughters.

Brad brings a unique perspective and skill set to advising clients. As a result of his background in public accounting, Brad is able to effectively translate this knowledge to client investment planning. Brad takes a holistic planning approach with his clients, specifically focusing on retirement cash flow planning and risk management. Brad employs and orchestrates a team approach in serving his clients. He firmly believes in communicating and coordinating financial strategy with his clients’ other advisors, such as their accountant and estate planning attorney, striving to obtain the best possible solution.
Brad has over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Touchstone, Brad served as First Vice President, Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Brad is a graduate of The Ohio State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (accounting). Brad is a former Board member of The Toledo Hospital and is active in the community. During his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, reading, and traveling.

Brad brings significant experience across wealth management, institutional asset management, hedge fund management, and academia. Prior to joining Touchstone Wealth Partners, he served as Senior Research Analyst at Orgel Wealth Management, where he worked alongside the company’s Investment Policy Committee on portfolio construction, tactical asset allocation, and risk management. Earlier in his career, Brad was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in New York City, serving as a Product Strategist in the company’s Asset Management division. In this role, he supported clients across factor-based, liquid alternative, and managed-volatility strategies representing approximately $16 billion in total assets. He also co-founded Clearwater Digital Partners, a digital asset hedge fund, where he served as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer.
In addition to his industry experience, Brad spent six years as an Associate Teaching Professor at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. During that time, he led the Student Managed Investment Fund, the flagship capstone experiential learning program within the Department of Accounting and Finance.
Brad earned his MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and his BBA in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. He is also a CFA charterholder, having successfully passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
Brad and his wife, Rebecca, reside in Florida and Wisconsin with their son Chase.

Alicia is married to her husband, Ken, and they have a daughter, Addi, who will attend the College of Engineering at Purdue University. She is a member of Notre Dame Academy’s Advancement Committee. A native of Toledo, Alicia enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
